REIKI HEALING
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese form of Energy Healing that dates back to 2,500 years ago.
Ethical Reiki practitioners including myself, have trained with Reiki Masters whose teaching will directly date back to the original founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui.
Reiki is entirely natural, and safe. Reiki is not an alternative treatment for medical issues, but a complimentary therapy.
REIKI BENEFITS
When our own energy flows freely, we are balanced and in harmony within us and throughout all our lives.
Energy in our bodies can become stagnant and blocked, particularly in areas where we carry physical or emotional trauma. When energy blocks in our bodies, it can contribute toward pain and illness.
Reiki can help re-align our chakras and allow the flow of energy through our bodies by removing any blocks. Those experiencing Reiki have explained it as calming, grounding whilst also providing a stronger connection to the universe and increased energy levels.
Other benefits can include:
- Enhances your spiritual journey
- Deep relaxation
- Promotes pain relief
- Calms a busy mind
- strengthens the immune system naturally
- Relaxes tight muscles
- Energises the whole body
- adapts to the needs of the individual
- Helps to relieve stress and anxiety
- Overall helps well-being
WHAT TO EXPECT
Most healing sessions will be performed in-person at my home studio in the peaceful village of Beare Green, Surrey.
Prior to your arrival, the area would have been cleansed using grounding meditation, crystal energies and incense.
On arrival, you’d be greeted and asked to make yourself comfortable by laying down on the treatment bed, you will remain fully clothed. Reiki Healing is performed by me gently placing my hands on your body, on or around where your chakras are positioned, or if preferred, Reiki Healing can also be performed by me moving my hands in positions above your body. There is no massage or manipulation involved in the treatment.
I can amplify the wonderful Reiki Healing with the power of crystals.
I’m very happy to answer any questions you may have prior to you booking an appointment.
